I have bet on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent a lot of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you're NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I don't win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160

Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can't alter and lower your wager or the final result won't be the same.
