I have played millions of hands of blackjack. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you're on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager

Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can't deviate and lower your bet or the end result won't be the same.
