I have bet on countless of rounds of blackjack. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of funds at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you're hot your on fire, and when you are not you're NOT!

I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet

Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 bet

Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!

It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can't deviate and lower your bet or the final result won't be the same.
