I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
