I have played countless of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won't get rich with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you're on fire your on fire, and when you're not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don't win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Bet five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can't alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
