I have enjoyed countless of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of money at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I don't win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager

Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It's herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
