Blackjack is a game that evokes images of a crazy ride. It is a game that starts off slowly, but gradually gets faster. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are slowly getting to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom drops out.

black jack is so akin to a crazy ride the similarities are hair-raising. As is the case with the popular amusement ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem to be going well for a while before it bottoms out yet again. You have to be a black jack player who's able to readjust to the ups ... downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is full of them.

If you like the little coaster, a coaster that won't go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on board for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-stakes gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not thinking about the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it's going up, that is awesome, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.

If you don't, you will not easily recount how much you enjoyed the view while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride ... your head in the clouds. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won't always remember how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that disastrous drop as clear as day.
